Rosanne has just sent an email to let us know that Mark, his nephew and other members of their crew start their row at 10.30am tomorrow Wednesday. Members wanting to plot their progress please click the racetracker below.
For those of you new to the gig club Mark started rowing in our Open Rowing sessions around 3 years ago and celebrates his 60th birthday on January 23rd his nephew also started rowing in our open rowing sessions at Langstone.

Latest update , having departed on 14 th December Mark and his crew have covered a total distance so far of 53 nautical miles , 24 nautical miles in the last 24 hours you can see their progess on the link at the top of this posting.
Anticipated cpmpletion date 3rd February 2018 . Presently 11 th out of 25 competing boats.

Latest update today 24 th December , Kath managed to send a tweet to Mark on Wight Lightening ,they are presently 11 th overall having now covered 659 nautical miles . For more information please visit the tracking link.
